This stand allows you to put your Whip Splash decoy anywhere in your spread in any type of terrain, pond, lake, river or marsh bottom. For those of you who hunt water with a rocky or hard bottom this eliminates the need for a pole and for those of you hunting deep water you can now deploy your decoy in areas where you normally could not with a decoy pole.
